Parish Council Meetings

Parish Council meetings are normally held in Hayton Village Hall once a month and begin at 19.00 on the second Wednesday. 

Members of the public are welcome to attend and there is a public participation session of up to 15 minutes at the beginning of the meeting, when members of the public can address the council.

At times it may be necessary to call extra meetings or to change the usual date of a meeting. Notification will be made by the Clerk to the Parish Council of any such extra meetings or changes to the usual arrangements via the website and notice boards.
